Welcome to the website of the MC-eGov study, commissioned by DG Information Society of the European Commission and being carried out by ECOTEC Research & Consulting. The study started in January 2008 and was completed in February 2009. The Final Study Report can be found here.

In this section you can find out about our rationale for this study into inclusive e-governance and understand what the study delivered, including:

1. • workshops that brought together stakeholders – a workshop on 22 May in Brussels and a final dissemination event on 23 February 2009
2. • developing scenarios to explore inclusive eGovernment and writing working papers
3. • maintaining a list of eGovernment projects and scanning the eGovernment Literature and News
