Mc-eGov workshop events

We held a successful opening workshop in Brussels: 22 May, 2008

In preparation for future approaches to Inclusive eGovernment, the forthcoming workshop on 23 February will examine the role of multi-channel delivery strategies in the context of the high-level challenge set in i2010, "to ensure that the benefits of the information society can be enjoyed by everyone". Download the full agenda here. A practical framework has been developed: 

- to help understand and apply Inclusive eGovernment, 

- to help identify the components and key steps necessary for success. 

This workshop will present the main findings of the study for discussion and validation.  

Recent case studies will be used to draw on practical experience from around Europe.  

Outputs are primarily aimed at decision-makers involved in building and delivering service portfolios addressing socially excluded groups.
